We do our best to match your brand colors across all products. For pantone-sensitive orders, let us know your exact PMS color codes and we’ll work with the supplier to get as close as possible.

Standard production time is 10-15 business days after proof approval. Rush production (5-7 days) is available on many items. Always tell us your event date upfront so we can plan accordingly.

Yes — product samples are available for most items, often for a small fee. We highly recommend samples for large or high-budget orders.

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal for crisp reproduction at any size. High-resolution PNG or JPG files work for many products too. Our team will let you know if adjustments are needed.

Absolutely. Many of our clients order a bundle of products — for example, branded pens, tote bags, and water bottles — for a single event. We’ll manage the whole order for you.

Yes — most orders ship directly to you or your venue. For large events, we can discuss coordinating delivery timing to make sure everything arrives when you need it.
