Approve Your Proof
Before we print anything, you'll receive a digital proof showing exactly how your display will look — colors, logo placement, and dimensions. Once you approve it, we go to production.
Submit Your Artwork
Send us your logo and any design files — vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal. If you need design help for your tent, backdrop, or banner layout, we can assist with basic setup. For complex custom layouts, we recommend working with a graphic designer first.
Pickup or Delivery
Most event display orders are ready within 7-10 business days. Rush turnaround is available on select products — always tell us your event date so we can plan accordingly. Larger orders can ship directly to your event venue.
