What Is Your Turnaround Time?
Screen printing, embroidery and direct to garment typically run 7 to 10 business days. Direct to film runs 5 to 7. Sublimation and promotional products are quoted per project. The clock starts once artwork is approved.
Do You Offer Rush Orders?
Yes, on every method. Rush pricing depends on how tight the deadline is, so tell us your in-hands date up front and we will price it honestly instead of guessing.
Is There A Minimum Order?
It depends on the method. Direct to film and direct to garment handle very small runs comfortably. Screen printing gets more cost effective as quantity climbs. Tell us the piece count and we will point you at the right method.
Can You Help With My Artwork?
Yes. Rough sketches, phone photos and old files are all fine. Our art team cleans files up, separates them for print and sends you a proof before anything runs.
What File Types Do You Need?
Vector files are ideal (.ai, .eps or a vector .pdf). High resolution .png, .jpg or .psd usually works too. If all you have is a logo off a business card, send it anyway and we will tell you what we can do with it.
Do You Ship Nationwide?
Yes. Most of our work stays in Palm Beach County and local pickup and delivery are easy, but we pack and ship anywhere in the country, including blind shipping for contract and wholesale accounts.
Can I Mix Garment Sizes And Colors?
Yes. Mixed sizes are standard on almost every order. Mixing garment colors can affect ink and setup on screen printing, so mention it when you request your quote and we will build it into the pricing.
Do You Work With Team Sports?
Yes. Sublimation is our go-to for full-coverage team uniforms that will not crack or peel, and we handle warmups, jerseys, coach gear and fan merchandise alongside it.
