Before we print anything, you'll receive a digital proof showing exactly how your display will look — colors, logo placement, and dimensions. Once you approve it, we go to production.

Pickup or Delivery

Most event display orders are ready within 7-10 business days. Rush turnaround is available on select products — always tell us your event date so we can plan accordingly. Larger orders can ship directly to your event venue.

Order your event displays at least 3-4 weeks before your event to allow time for production, shipping, and any last-minute adjustments. For large or complex setups, 6 weeks is even better.
