The quantity and the artwork usually decide it. Here is the short version, and we will confirm on the quote.
Bulk runs with bold, solid color art go on the screen printing press. Hats, polos and jackets get stitched. Full color on mixed fabrics or small runs goes direct to film, and photo real art on cotton goes direct to garment. Jerseys and all-over prints on polyester are sublimated.
Mixed orders are normal. Staff polos, event tees and a table of giveaways can all ship together on one date, from one shop, on one invoice.
