How Many Items Do I Need To Order?
Minimum quantities vary by product, typically 24 to 100 pieces depending on the item. Many products are available in smaller quantities for a slightly higher per piece cost. Ask us and we will find something that fits.
Can You Match My Exact Brand Colors?
We do our best to match your brand colors across all products. For Pantone sensitive orders, send your exact PMS codes and we work with the supplier to get as close as possible.
How Long Does An Order Take?
Standard production is 10 to 15 business days after proof approval. Rush production of 5 to 7 days is available on many items. Tell us the event date up front so we can plan around it.
Can I Order A Sample First?
Yes. Product samples are available for most items, often for a small fee. We recommend samples on large or high budget orders.
What File Format Do You Need For My Logo?
Vector files, AI, EPS or PDF, reproduce crisp at any size. High resolution PNG or JPG files work for many products too. We tell you if the art needs adjusting.
Can I Mix Products In One Order?
Yes. Many clients bundle pens, tote bags and water bottles for a single event. We manage the whole order for you.
Do You Deliver To An Event Venue?
Yes. Most orders ship directly to you or your venue. For large events we coordinate delivery timing so everything arrives when you need it.
Can You Brand The Apparel Too?
Yes. Screen printing, embroidery, DTF and DTG run in house, so staff shirts, caps and the giveaways for the booth ship together on one date.
