Your logo is digitized, which means converted into a stitch file that tells the machine every needle movement, direction and density. That file drives a multi-head machine that stitches the design directly into the garment.
Digitizing Is A One-Time Cost
Digitizing happens once per logo. After that the file lives on our system and every reorder runs from it, so repeat orders skip that step entirely.

Custom Embroidery Questions.
Do you charge for digitizing every time?
No. It is a one-time charge per logo. Reorders of the same design run from the saved file with no extra digitizing cost.
Can you embroider hats?
Yes. Hat fronts, sides and backs, structured and unstructured caps, beanies and visors.
What is the smallest text you can stitch?
Thread has physical limits that printing does not. Very fine text can close up. Send the artwork and we will tell you what will actually read at size before you commit.
