How It Works
Your artwork is separated into individual colors. Each color gets its own screen, and each screen is aligned in registration on the press. The press lays them down in sequence, then the garment runs through a dryer that cures the ink into the fabric.
Why It Wins On Volume
There is a one-time setup for every color in the design. Once the screens are burned, additional pieces cost very little to run. That is why the price per shirt drops sharply as the order grows.
What It Is Best For
Bold, solid color artwork on cotton and blends. Team shirts, staff uniforms, event merchandise, promotional runs and anything that has to look identical across hundreds of pieces.

How many colors can you print?
Multiple colors are standard. Each color adds a screen and a setup, so we will tell you honestly when simplifying by one color saves real money without hurting the design.
Is screen printing worth it for small orders?
Usually not. Below a couple of dozen pieces the setup dominates the price. For small runs we normally point you at direct to film or direct to garment instead, and we will say so rather than just take the order.
